New Customers


New customers who would like to establish an account for ongoing purchases may contact us @ 775-884-0409.

 

 

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from Government, hospital and educational institutions. A faxed copy of your purchase order is required for new customers. The PO must include a shipping address, billing address, accounts payable contact name and phone number and the items to be purchased. Purchase orders must contain the signature of the authorizing purchaser. 
 
Our terms are Net 10 days and a $10 late fee plus penalties may be applied for late payments beyond 30 days
.  

 


Defective Toner Cartridges

 

We guarantee all of our 100% Compatible toner cartridges until they are empty.  We use the highest quality supplies and replacement parts, however, if for some reason you have a problem with our compatible cartridge we will replace it or refund your money it's your choice. 

 

 

Defective Warranty Parts

All OEM parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of installation.  

 

Most Remanufactured parts are warranted for 180 day warranty (some exceptions may apply). 

 

If you have a part that is still under warranty and you suspect it has failed, please contact us (775-884-0409) between normal business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm PST and we will take the corrective action.  A replacement part will be delivered and installed by our trained technicians.  


 

 

Returns


Returned products in original unopened product boxes may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products which have been opened or used and are not in resalable condition are not returnable.

 

Special order products are not returnable; please check prior to placing your order.

 

We do not ship COD

 

If you order a product or part and decide you do not want it, you can refuse the shipment at the time of delivery. When we receive the product back, you will be credited for any charges, less the shipping charges. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned products.
